Been using the 10-15-10 with good results for about 3 weeks now. Heard while in veg should be 20-15-15 or something like that but couldnt find. But so far 10-15-10 been real good. lol dont listin to me about the dosage but i actually gave it the full dose with no problems but dont do that don't want problems to be on me , every says start with half strength first
