I wasn't including the Kurds that have their own thing going on, I doubt that the Kurds need any help and they will repel any military advances done by the "Iraqi Army", or the shiite militia. I think they have secured a zone at their southern border and really don't want anything to do with the Iraqi govt. That reverts back to my contention that the only solution to Iraq is the three separate nation scenario, otherwise you have Civil War expanding into other countries.
