Both. We are victims of the system but we are also criminals as long as its not totally legal.

It's a bit like (but to a much lesser extent) Jewish sypathizers during the Nazi occupation of Europe. They were criminals for boarding Jews, but was it wrong to do so? Absolutely not! They were protecting the freedoms of other human beings that were taken away by an oppressive government.

Marijuana smokers are victims, having to hide their habit from the general public... but does that mean marijuana use is wrong?

yea the fuckin goverment are all fat cat criminals all they say is how black people deal drugs but black people dont own boats they dont own the planes and boats that are bringin the coke the heroin to our countries but they blame the people for a job they cant do properly.

If you serve in the Army, and you get given an order that a normal citizen, not in combat, would consider immoral or unethical, then you can legally refuse to obey that order.. we've been ordered not to smoke cannabis, which is immoral and unethical, and we should be allowed to refuse to obey that order.. we refuse to anyway, but then we get sent to prison... so i dunno, we are breaking the law, which i guess would make us criminals, but we're not doing anything wrong.. even though, thinking for yoursef would be considered wrong by the fascist dictating twats that control us
