peel off the leaf, keep it steamed, get soemone to cup it in there hands and exhale hot breath into it. its not a tragety if you cant do that
take off the cancer paper, wierd paper around the mouthpiece
split the dutch down the seam, youll be able to find it
now you have the inner leaf, rip off as much paper as you can. Not too much so that you cant close it tho, but the more you rip off the cleaner itll burn.
put in the weed & lick it closed.
lay the outerleaf flat & lick it then roll up the blunt nice & tight.
but not too tight my brother.
then you gotta finesse both ends of the blunt with a scissor or your weapon of choice, then light that mofuka up and blow it down
