your government isn't catching people who grow with only 1000W of lighting

they are catching people who have 15 1000W lights

you can grow with a 600W lightm, cut some electricity around your house
and you wont have any problems.

100W is quite low, you could probaly grow 1 plant under it.

I can have one mother plant per adult, although.... we are not allowed to use air ventilation, lighting, ph meters, .... I'd like to grow my own buds, but I want to do it the right way!
