Cannabis with low electricity costs.
Here's the problem.
I can have one mother plant per adult, although.... we are not allowed to use air ventilation, lighting, ph meters, ....
I'd like to grow my own buds, but I want to do it the right way! Our gouverment has caught a lot of growers through the high electricity bill.
Is it possible to grow good smokable weed with a 100 watt lamp and what breed of weed will you suggest? I was thinking about Skunk #11....
If somebody just tell me how to go from A to Z I'd be very very thankful

Hmmm, have you considered taking a close look at your current energy consumption? It might be possible for you to cut corners elsewhere so you can use a more powerful lamp for your plants.

your government isn't catching people who grow with only 1000W of lighting
they are catching people who have 15 1000W lights
you can grow with a 600W lightm, cut some electricity around your house
and you wont have any problems.
100W is quite low, you could probaly grow 1 plant under it.

Yes, but I know nothing of our electricity meter. The only thing I know is we pay every month the same for electricity. Just at the end of the year they tell you if you paid too much or too less. If you paid too much they paid you back,... it's understandable I fear the end of the year with not knowing what's coming in the bill.

If Harris is right I'll defenitly grow 2 females under 600w lamps. Because I want to do it right,... It'll be a shame if I see a plant grow to be nothing
 and not only financialy lol
Best regards!

it is because it is impossible to catch such small grows though power consumption.
realize that a hot tub (i know many people with them)
uses 400$ in electricity a month...
so a normal person can have one device that belittles even a large grow

Use HPS.,
CFL's have a lower efficiency,
thus they use more electricity to create the same amount of light.

Lol if they are busting people for the amount of electricity they are using I feel sorry for the innocent tech freaks in your country. I'm pretty sure they aren't busting you just for using 100-1000 watts of light, just doesn't make sense and it's quite stupid if you ask me. Go ahead and buy the light you want and grow the buds you deserve :hippy: .

well, that sounds like you only have one meter for the appt complex? if that's so, it's definitely i your advantage. we have individual metering here, and i actually got lucky and got a look at the room the meters are in the other day; they're just digital meters with total power used on them; i don't even know if the electric company keeps the data of what time of day you're using power, unless of course you're under investigation

the amount of power you're thinking of using is negligable.
i'm going to be starting growing: about 150w cfl's for veg, and a single 250w hps for flower, one closet cut into two rooms
drchon shipped my seeds! one week baby; i'll probably have one mother and two clones in veg at any given time, and have two flowering
