So how safe is it to shop at my local grow shop? Cause the local nursries and Homedepot aren't cutting it. I need to get some nutes, square pots, good soil. I would figure if i'm not buying lights or hydro system they would be less alarmed about a possible bud grower.

Well I thought about it for a second and you have to realize grow equipment is legal for a reason. Not everyone that has it is using it to grow illegal things. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person in my state, even in my city that has a HID light used for growing. Really I never went to the store to buy any of my stuff. From my lights to my carbon filter it has been ordered by credit card. The soil was bought from the store though but that's about it.

As long as they're getting paid and you don't say any of the things your not suposed to say in a headshop they could care less what you are using your purchases for . My local growshops just way to expensive , I save tonsa coin shopping on the net .

I bought most of my equipment and nutes through ebay. Paid for everything with money orders. The few times I have shopped in actual gardening stores and someone has asked me what I wanted the stuff for I just told them experimental orchids.

My grow shop is NOT a headshop. In fact the Presiding Expert (Hello, you know who you are!!!!) who runs the place is actively working on trying to encourage garden clubs to work with better quality ferts for their prize orchids, etc. It's great! There is NO connection with any questionable other stuff. Very very nice. And I feel 100% secure dropping by for equipment and advice.

I just like the convenience and hands on experience of the grow store. Think they are fun to got too and reasonably priced. Good Luck.

My headshop comment was kinda directed at acceptable language in the grow shop Stinky . Flowering plants is all I refer to my girls as . I to go to the local grow store for more than just my girls needs . Weedhound was shocked to find out we do all our flats of annuals ourselves . She laughed at me even . LOL

my local growshop is perfect in fact my physics teacher used to work there has nothing to do with our headshop. everyone is helpful and dont ask what the purchase is for or question you about anything.
