Actually, I'm from NY and it's pretty lax over here. As long as you roll a joint you can just walk around with. Cops here have bigger fish to fry. This is not to say keep toking when you see a cop (although I have and not been stopped), but you don't really have to bug out.

My dad doesnt think i smoke and rather not me smoke so i have to be discreet about it. Hes working in the middle of Manhattan right now, so thats where ill be around. I was wondering if i wanted to get high real quick, whats the best way or where?
