I actually really enjoy driving while high.

driving high is my absolute FAVORITE thing to do when im high. its like playing a game of mixed "the sims" and soem race car game. you HAVE to obey the laws or you loose. and you have to follow all signs and lights and you ahve to use your blinker and wear a seatbelt...i duno...its so fun...and relaxing...

lol speak for yourself. I drive slower than when I'm sober, and outside observers agree that I am generally more alert and careful when driving high than when not. And weed technically isn't a depressant... hmmm, sounds like you're describing the effects of alcohol.

You may be more alert and careful, as many people are with alcohol too, but that doesn't mean you're better at driving, you can be doing something badly but still trying hard.
The reason it sounds like I'm describing the affects of alcohol is because alcohol is a depressant, and despite what you may think, so is cannabis. Think about it... would you use it if it didn't affect you? And if it does affect you then it must affect your driving.

dude i know im a good high driver cuz in texas we have to take 7 road tests. i took every single one higher than hell and i did SO good they gave me an option to omit the 7th road test if i wanted to

weed is a hallucinogen. Not a depressant. I have only driven after coming down so far. I didn't get my license too long ago though, about 2 weeks. Make sure ur not too cocky and say oh man I'm fine driving high. cause I sure as hell hate driving in the car with people like that. especially when they do a sudden stop in Chicago because they think they are lost. fucking dumbass. If u are going to take the driving while baked step at least have the honesty to admit that it will slightly affect u. It is hypocrtical to say that marijuana tricks the head for bad trips but then agree that u were driving fine with weed. U are being mind-tricked into what u wish to believe. Now I'm not being a dickwad and saying no driving high, but be honest.

edit: fucking dumbass was reffering to the friend I drove with that did this. I am in no way trying to attack anyone who responded with I am fine driving high, just trying to play the devil's advocate for a second.

I'm a huge asshole when I drive sober, and careful as fuck when I've been naughty. My only problem is keeping a constant speed, but that's when I'm way too stoned and have been forced into driving by some preppy bitch that claims she can't drive because she's a girl on a date. I swear she has a penis...god knows I never saw otherwise.... Anywho, it's a matter of judgement. If you're driving high and want to know if you're fucking up, ask a sober friend to come along a couple times. If they flip out every time you change lanes, then you shouldn't be driving.

Kumbacha, stop talking. Weed will not, in 1000 years, be the cause of excessively fast/aggressive driving.

That is what I like best about smoking before I go somewhere, it mellows out my driving and I take *far* less risks. I rarely speed, and if I do, its to keep up with traffic.

Wow, you guys don't know what you are talking about, marijuana is NOT a depressant and NOT a stimulant, it can't be put in either category, it is just in the Marijuana category, because it does not fit the characteristics of any other drug.

when im high i dont really look at my speed unless the road is empty, theres always a coupple cars near by..stay a lil slower than them and your bound to be safe from teh cops, and if your both speeding, the cop will go for the guy goin 49 in the 40 instead of 43 in the 40...ya know?
