i used this in florida first he is to tell them the scales were for makeing sure when he bought he didn't get ripped off as scales most useuly mean dealer and the differant baggs was becuase they were from differant people ie why they were not in the same bag i got off with a fine but i only had a quarter oz scales and a pipe
