I recently learned that you can soothe a soar throat by putting a few drops of eucalyptus tincture/extract into a pot of boiling water, then covering the pot with a towel, putting your head under (effictively "hotboxing" it) and inhaling the vapor. I tried it and it works really really well. What I'm wondering is; if i put warm water in my bong with a few drops of eucalyptus in it, would smoking from it Rating: 5

NO! don't do it!

Eucalyptus is good for the sinuses and nasal passages, but it would hurt your lungs like fuck if you inhaled it.

Warm water in a bong can produce a soothing effect on the the lungs and throat though.

when you breathe it through your nose it ends up in your lungs anyways .
though i agree i dont think bong ripping it is the best way too go.
they sell a product like this in the states and you put it in your shower works great.

minty stuff like say those mint breath drops or whatever and dont use hot water as i explained heat+ moisture in yer lungs = a nice lung infection......so goa head if u want to not smoke for about a week or so....but whatever floats ya boat id rather just stick some ice cubes in my roor and makes the smoke nice n cold and sooths the smoke.....or just fill ya bong up with crushed ice and smoke it witrh alittle water in the bottom smokes so chilled then
