i wish they had that shit in BF2 lol... can't tell you how many times i've known the general location of a base camper but just couldn't find him lol...

that's actually the type of shit that lead me to IO servers.... well over half the time i was killed (and couldn't do shit about it) by vheicles.... mostly tanks and apcs... wasn't jack shit i could about it staring me in the face but think 'SHIT!' and try and run away.... ti's rare to actually get away tho...

don't get me wrong, put me in a vheicle i can do equal damage (put me in a plane, and you better be good to take me down... not saying i'm some god in a plane or anything, but i'll be damned if a noob has ever shot me down (other then my noob days when i was learning) i spent hours straight learning lol... i'm sure i could be alot better if i had a joystick, but i don't so i work with what i got.... i'd say i'm pretty damn decent considering some of the pilots i've seen)

Another good thing about Special Forces is that they take away some of the emphasis on crazy vehicle massacres and put more on CQC... I don't think I'll be going back to Vanilla BF2 for a while...

lol i don't think i've ever heard the term 'vanilla' to describe a 'regular game' (as opposed to expansion packs) but i guess it makes sense.. since vanilla ice cream is usually considered plain ice cream...

anyways, how do they force more CQC in SF? like more narrow streets/less wide open spaces or what?

i wish ther was a server that had jeeps only.... they don't really offer much but trasnportation, and sometimes it can be a bitch to walk everywhere lol...

oh well youc an do that in the desert combat mod (well it gives you one truck, can also use civilian cars in bf2:mc) but tha'ts not what i meant... i meant an IO server that had jeeps for transport.... from what i've seen tho, it's either all vheicles or no vheicles..

Yeah, i don't think that'll ever happen, even though it sounds like an extremely good idea. It would be sweet to just plow through tons of foot soldiers in a jeep

lol i wouldn't do that unless we were losing badly... i like to keep the kills as far from 'cheap' as possible... but it would be funny as hell to just go like plowing through a copuel of squads of incoming soldiers lol...
