half of the terms used for smoking weed are superficial?

I was thinking that.... a lot of people new to smoking today are pressed about how much they know about marijuana but not just about the actual plant, but the terms used as well.

It seems its becoming a "respect" aspect in the whole scene. I dont think it should be like this. Cannabis should be respected for what it is. A plant that grows naturally in nature with a great distinct taste, smell, and look!

I don't think im wrong when I say that half of the kids out there just want to know all about it to appear cool. When it becomes like this, its just making "smoking weed" seem like something to do to "fit in". I was reading a thread about something like "How should I ask for $40.00 worth of weed?"
Im sorry but that shouldn't be something to worry about lol....just ask how much damn weed you can get for 40 bucks man. Who gives a shit how much you know or how much your dealer thinks you know.

It will probably stay like this, but I really dont want it to be. I love my mary jane for who she is.
