I think for safety reasons certain forums should be locked to only members such as the grow log forum or something like that. By that I mean they shouldn't be able to view the actual threads such as pictures and posts and stuff like that guests should be entertained enough by the lounge, recreational, experiences etc. But more personal forums specifically the grow log I believe should be closed to guests. Just a suggestion.

Isn't that why they join though? Guest view these threads to check their own plants and to see if the site is worth joining.

No I'm just saying if some one only joins forum communities because they see how good it is the lounge and other forums should be enough. Maybe I'm paranoid but I don't think every guest that views these forums are just regular people surfing on the internet, I think some of them are cops and shit. That's why I think only members eyes should be allowed to see certain things like that. I'm just saying if they just want to see the logs and stuff they should register lol.

First off, that is a MAJOR attraction to this site so closing it off would be counter productive.

Next, when we approve users there's nothing stating that it's either Johnny Law or someones parents so they could gain access to the same material easy enough.

When a cop passes a group of teens walking down the street they don't look that hard.....when the same cop see's that same group hiding behind a bush it gets his curiosity up.

If they want to come in and go though 100s of threads/ 1000's of posts.......hell, have at it. WE have nothing to hide here.

By the way, look though my posts and try to find a pic of myself or a post giving my location. It ain't happening!

In my 44 years I've learned to look at the worst possible scenario and decide if it's worth the risk from there. I personally don't think that posting your face with a bong in here is worth the possible cost.

Now if it's that important to post pics of yourself doing a bong in one thread, buying a half pound in another, then posting the city your located in........hell, have at it. :thumbsup: BUT don't ask us to close up forums so you can feel safer.....we're not the ones putting you in harms way.

When I do a grow not even my best friends know about it untill it's cured.....loose lips sink ships.

ONLY under special circumstances do we even consider doing this type of thing........we have over 5000 members; could you imagine having to clean up everyones mess? As a rule of thumb if you post the pic, make the thread, put up the post.......it's there for good.

Yea P4B but I didn't know that I was gonna be doing this log so soon and I wasn't even thinking about the possibility of having pics uploaded on the same account as my growing. I didn't even plan a log but I couldn't fight the temptation! I won't upload any more pics promise I just really need to get some erased, only a few . I just wasn't thinking clear that's all.
