I think that dehumidifier is either drying the soil out or those plants are sucking up water now more than ever, I think it's both. I have no choice though I need to keep that thing in the room. you'll notice the dehumidifier definitely assists in drying out the soil a bit more, however, once they start flowering and getting bigger they will start consuming more water..combination of both man, I saw the same once I got my dehumidifier, but I'd say majority goes to the plant..
