I think my nextdoor neighbor grows A couple months ago my next door neighbors moved out sold the house and this guy came named "x" the first few days were pretty normal he was there and I talked to him a few times, he was a friendly guy. But he rarely comes by the house now and when he does it is at like midnight for an hour or so. The house has alot of missing things such as no furnace, no oven and alot of other things people might see as necessary. and all the windows are stained, so you can't see in them. Well no one has said you should ask him so I don't think you should lol. I know if I just got done setting up my grow and my next door neighbor asked me if I grew weed I'd be very suspicious of that person. If he does grow, just because you tell him you're not gonna say anything doesn't mean he doesn't think you won't.

In the world we live in today, don't bother him. Growing is a personal matter.
Your neighbor is minding his business in his own home. Ask him if he tokes and maybe you'll have a connection for some nice buds, but other then that 'keep ya eye brows down'. if my neighbor asked me if i grew, not only would i say no, if i didn't shut down the operation, i would avoid all contact.

Say.. do they leave the outdoor lights on 24/7? And with the back yard light burnt out for the last 6 weeks? I got a neighbor that fits that description as well. I know we are both in the same state...
