The perspective that I take on religion has recently changed my outlook on life and beliefs: For the most part I beleive that religion is primarily a justification and a reasoning for our place in this world i.e. our existance. Secondarily (but even more important in my opinion), religion is a means of bettering one's existance. I never wanted to adhere to any specific religion or belief system, however, I found that I enjoy all religion and belief systems because they open my eyes to new things and experiences and let me accept life for what it is. Ultimately, I use religion as a pathway to a better existance, no matter what form it comes in, no matter who is there believing with me. So I say to hell with whoever is faking it, believe what you believe, find peace and solace in your beliefs and take each day one at a time. Sometimes I like to free my mind of my worries with a bowl or two and let my mind wander in my dreams and beliefs. Take a walk with Jesus on a beach, take it all in. Enjoy life, enjoy God's gifts (especially the green ones  ).
