The more clf's the better. Are you going to flower with them ? If so jamb it as full with light as you can, all around. I would use that for veg and get a HPS hortilux or sunmaster bulb for flower room. You get out of it the light you put in to it.

I have 3 150W cfl inside my little girl and she is very happy.
watch for burning her cfl's still can burn as they throw heat.
