ok next year im taking pottery, and one thing i have to do is make a pipe, but it cant look like a pipe because its for a grade, does anyone have any ideas for things that would appear to be normal pieces of art at first but soon will be another piece in the collection

ive thought of that one too... but i was thinking of more of a clever pipe with a carb if possible.

i think making a pipe would be harder than making a bong would.

i dunno what you would be able to call the pipe and thats the main problem.

you could always call the bong a vase like stated above..

i made a "vase" one time in ceramics and mr. spencer my teacher brought it out and was like.. what is this? i said it was a vase. he said he wasnt stupid and gave it back to me... thing was badass too, i put alot of time and effort into that bong.

just make a tabbaco lookin pipe and make it the way you want tell your teacher that you made it for your grandpa that smokes tabbaco.....but just smoke your bud in it after

dont think that would work, most classes dont let you make any kind of smoking perephernalia (sp?)

my friend even tried to make and ash tray and the teacher wouldnt let him. so she told him to just build up the walls and say it was a bowl and use it for whatever.

not that i ever took a class that required me to get all patrick swayze, but if i did, i wouldnt imagine that my teachers would have let me use that one. they wouldve known better. but, thats a tough one on making a pipe unless one of these guys can come up with an ingenious idea. maybe this is coming from the home made vape pic i saw earlier, but possibly some type of skull could work. idk, but maybe the bowl could be an eye socket that led a hollowed out "pipe" section to the back of the skull. thats all i got for ya.
