Since the ambient temps have risen here I've noticed some burning on the tops of my freshly cut clones along with wilting longer than usual too. I found leaving the dome askew helps and I also raised the flouro's a few inches and they're now doing much better. I've also added more misting times into the day/night too which also seems to have helped them recover. I'm now on day 5 since cutting this batch and tried a little different method on half of them this time...instead of putting the Rapid Grow pellets into the specially designed tray I put them into Dixie cups with enough soil to cover the pellets to keep them from moving around and they're doing a whole lot better than the pellets put into the cloning tray! I believe it's the added heat at the root level that's causing the prob in the trays but will know more with the next batch being taken next week or as soon as this batch clears the clone barn. I'll try to get pics of them both up soon.
