there's a reason why he chose those 5 states.... his hope is that if his liscense is revoked he'll still be able to get one, in one of those five states since they aren't tapped into a national registry...

i.e. if he moved to one of the other 44 (yes i know tha'ts 49, but he's moving out of the 50th state ) after his liscense is revoked he won't be able to get one, cuz they all tie into a national registry...

I am looking for a suburb close to a city with a respectable crime rate... I plan to maybe get a studio or apt in the city while I search for a small house in a suburb... I may not have a license to drive,,,but my goal is to have one...
