I am looking for a suburb close to a city with a respectable crime rate... I plan to maybe get a studio or apt in the city while I search for a small house in a suburb... I may not have a license to drive,,,but my goal is to have one... I would also like to grow a little so it would help if the laws were lax or not vigorously prosecuted... another thing would be affordability as I will need time to establish and may take on Rating: 5
