Reverting the plant after fowering

Anyone did it before? I have couple strains that i'm desperaly trying to preserve and make them mamas again. One of them seems to be done any second now, it looks great and it has all the fan leaves still, slightly going yellow, but i have been on top of the nutes so it should be fine.

Any suggestions to what i should do after harvesting the buds?

I have had mixed success with that.
It CAN be done.
Cut off only the very best of the buds. Leave as much leafy material as possible on the plant, including 'popcorn buds' that have leaves sticking out of them.
Put the girl under 24 h MH or flouro light and give her a veg fert and some superthrive.
If she's potbound, repot her too.
It may take a month to see new growth.... don't overwater during that time!!!

And once she does begin to veg again she'll be putting out single leaves for a while...then 3 then 5 and so forth until back to the oiriginal growth so don't be alarmed by it. I have mixed success with regenerating too but as long as you leave as much of the leaves as possible they'll have a good chance of giving you a bunch more clones and another harvest.
