Trouble sleeping
realy?! wow, i was on trazadone for a year, and i swear, i never ever felt the slightest effect. weird... pot is the only thing that has ever helped me sleep. alcohol sickens me, and knock me out, so i shy away from it, and other sleep aides don't help me, they just make me groggy...

you're not the first to tell that shit doesn't work.. and keep in mind, this is coming from someone who can take like 10 benadrlys, and still can't go to sleep o.0 .... this alone makes me realize and believe diffrent medicines affect diffrent people, diffrently.

my trazadone is a last stitch effort... when i take it... i've already taken up to 12 benadryl, and about 2-3x the normal adult dose of nyquil.... both failing... i hate that shit....

r u taking any medications or anything?
that could be it too...\"Drugs\" is just a term that separates the culturally accepted substances from the non-accepted.
\"There are no drugs. There are toxins, psychoactive substances, similarly psychedelic substances, disassociatives, tranquilizers, anesthetics, and other things. But an intelligent person who wants to learn things should know that none of these are mutually inclusive or exclusive of the others.\"

ive been smokin some chronic for the past 6 months (half a g to a g a day depending on my mood) and ive finally decided to go cold turkey so i can readjust my tolerance level. its been 5 days now and its been a bitch tryin to go to sleep. i was wondering if i had become dependent on mj or if this was normal since ive stopped smoking so suddenly. i just want to know if ill go back to the same sleeping routine as i adjust to this fuckin abstinence from weed.

Yeah, it would certainly be good to rely on a potentially physically addictive substance to get to sleep. Maybe you should go see a psychologist? Don't see a psychiatrist, they just prescribe you shit. There might be some underlying problem that is causing this. 4 to 6 hours of sleep PER WEEK is certainly not enough sleep to function during the day. Sounds like you're an insomniac, now that I think about it. Try working out, like running, every night... to exhaust yourself. I think it might help you. If not, you should talk to a psychologist. If that doesn't help, medicine may be needed, because something like this is not something you can turn your back on. I noticed that if I smoke weed multiple times per night, I will just end up falling asleep without even wanting to. You could try that, too... unless you already have. lol. You could also try growing your own pure indica...

.
Just another thought... do you thoughts race? Can you not stop thinking about shit while you're trying to sleep, or even during the day? Have trouble focusing because of this? If so, you could have ADD/ADHD, and this can cause problems in sleeping. I have ADHD, and it only makes my insomnia worse. Check it out, dude. Like the dude above said, you could meditate to clear your mind.blaze the haze for daze

It happens, when I was on Probation I stopped cold turkey for 2 months. And this was after a month of heavy usage due to being out of school. Eventually you will. Bein off weed is great when you get used to it. You wake up nice and easy and have a huge breathe of fresh air. Give it a week or two. Go exercise or somthin that day. The first week was pretty bad but just outa knowhere id sleep easier. And I would dream too. For some reason. Guess since I wasnt in such a 'stoned' state hahaha. I need to go to bed.
