I dont sleep much mabey 3-4 hours every 24 period. Sleep is over rated, I got friends in the miitary they say they sleep the same 3-4 hrs mabey a 1/2 hr. cat nap somewhere. They are alwys PTing and busy, like me(except for the constant PT), Hell right now Ive been up for about 26 hrs. the body only need about 2 hours a day of rem sleep to keep you sane all other sleep is used to heal your body, I try to meditate(meditation can heal while you are awake), like right now Im getting sleepy, before I fall asleep I will prepare my mind/body and chi for it.imp:
