Canadian contractors were banned from business in Iraq until the Canadian gov. forgave 80% of their debt (about $470 mill). Then the good times started to roll.......I forget the actual name of the company but it's your largest if I recall correctly. Somewhere in this forum is the actual thread regarding the contract.
