So i just rolled this fat blunt, and inside, before i filled it completely with nugget, there was the main, solid outside paper, and on the inside it was thinner whitish yellow paper, is that the "cancer paper" what even is cancer paper?? any answers of comments would be nice, thanks guys and girls!
