stretching of seedlings?

Hey all im on my 5th day of growing my seedlings and they look pretty good my only concern seems to be as they grow in height they tend to start tilting on there sides and I find myself pushing more soil on them to keep them growing straight up instead of bending? hang those lights(tubes and the cfls around 2 inches above the seedlings and try put more soil around them so they stand up they are stretching for the lights.fluros need to be as close to the plants as possible at that wattage and have some air blowing across them to strenthen the stem cause with the lights at that didtance they will keep stretching for it.

Do you know what strain your growing? If it's a heavy Sativa it could be growing tall and thin like Sativa's normally do and that could be causing some of your trouble.

I don't think you'd want it to grow on an angle like that, is it falling towards one of the tube lights?

Mabye you should use a little stick and a tiny string and prop the little guys up.

Ok thanx I will adjust the lights even closer to the plants and add some more soil to them......I will update my log tonite under the closet growing forum if u guys wanna check them out......thanx very mucho

6 days old with today what do u think ? are they where they should be or are they a little behind?

thanx bud had to move lights closer since they are starting to lean and strech on me I also put more soil around there stems to keep them straight...But good to see im at where they should be 4 there age
