Sounds like a panic/aniexty attack. When you start to feel those signals of the tense muscles, pending doom, and the tingly feeling talk your self out of it. Realize that it is one of those attacks and tell yourself that nothing is wrong and everything is all right. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and then you should be ok.
