    would guess that the moon doesnt put out enough light to affect flowering.
    indoors light leaks during the 12/12 cycle may affect flowering so its always a good idea to check it, rather than find out later that your plants that have been flowering for 3 weeks are not flowering at all, but on the other hand I have seen flower rooms joined directly to veg room with temporary walls that allowed some reflected light over the top of the wall wich wasnt enough to affect the flowering room so the room doesnt necassarly have to be completly dark.

    lumens. i read the moon is .o3 per foot and the sun is 10000 per foot
