I mean we throw around this terminology a lot and to me, that simply means smoking a 'blunt' or a marijuana filled cigar. But why do we call it an 'L'? the species name for cannabis is Cannabis Sativa L. Maybe thats where the "L" comes from. only thing i can come up with.
