Ok what the hell...
So I was sleep in class today right. I was knocked the fuck out because my bus was late so I smoked a whole blunt to my self waiting on it. No, I didn't mean to smoke it all but it was so good so I kept tokin' and tokin' I didn't mean to honestly. Anyways because of that I was high the whole day and 6th hour comes around and now I'm comin down a lot. So I lay my head down to rest my eyes and I feel so good I just fell asleep. Next thing you know I regain consciousness and my head is buried in my arm and I was suffocating. I tried to move but I couldn't move. I'm like "what the fuck!" and I couldn't breath at all. So I began to gasp for air and even though I got a bit I still couldn't move. This wasn't like an effect from the weed, like a heavy couch-lock high. I can still move when that's happening I just feel weighed down and honestly just don't feel like moving. But this was different. I literally couldn't move. So after about 10 seconds I can lift my head and I'm just gasping for air. I don't even remember how the fuck I got in that situation. It scared me so much. What if I suffocate in my sleep if I'm in a deep sleep? Does anyone know what could have happened? I don't think the blunt had anything to do with it other than making me really sleepy. :wtf:

Read this, sweetheart. This the first thing I thought of when I thought back over sleep disturbances we've learned about in my neuroscience class. It apparently happens to some folks fairly frequently, and it may have been brought on by the heavier-than-normal amount of bud you smoked earlier since other types of medicines can cause the same thing.

Here's another link, babe. I was thinking it fell into the category of a sleep disorder, but is considered harmless, albeit frightening. This one even mentions the sensation of suffocation.
Sleep Paralysis
So sorry that happened to you, sweetie! It may be time to do what Mama (me) has been preaching to you about for a long time. Get more exercise. Get more rest. Take better care of yourself!\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

Well I have been excercising a whole lot more lately and I haven't really had any of those heart pains. And thanks for that link. I thought I was developing a problem lol. It probably was this..
