SEEDLINGS
CAN YOU FOLIAR FEED SEEDLINGS AT 1 WEEK OLD. IF IT HAS BEEN 1 WEEK SINCE THEY SPROUTED AND THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN GIVEN PH BALANCED WATER IN FEAR OF OVER FERTILISING. NOW THOUGH I WILL START TO GIVE THEM A VARY WEEK SOLUTION OF FOOD. WILL FOLIAR FEEDING BENEFIT?

No you can't feed them at all until they have a good solid 5 sets of adult leaves. Foliar or otherwise. If you insist on feeding them something, add a drop of superthrive to 2 gallons of water (that's half strength). Superthrive is just a B vitamin that is beneficial to rooting.
