Rebgirl Needs help pertaining to bongs...

In this shot, someone show me where the water goes...the first one or second? And if its the second then how would that work? I mean the bowl part would be submerged...does that work?

The stem of the bowl should be submerged in the water. like the second pic, cause the smoke has to go through the water to be filtered in a sense from the water

I didn't respond to you in my intro thread so I just wanted to say thank you for the welcome.

As a thirty some odd year bong smoker I would recommend the cheaper bong. The smoking chamber looks to be about the right size for a nice smooth hit. The bigger bongs people were talking about (and even the pink one you posted) have some pretty large chambers. Yes, they will get you mega stoned but at a price. You are able to take in a huge amount of smoke because it is cooled and condescend by the water but once it hits your lung and body temperature the smoke begins to expand and blows your bloody lungs out. Yes, a large chambered bong will get you higher, but at what price?

dear lord im dieing of bong damage lol jk but ya i've never really heard of that

but anyway I've got a VIP glass bong 2 percs and about 2ft tall with thick glass and an ashcatcher... there are some smaller local glass shops with all the technology u need at a much more reasonable price than a ROOR or PHX

I decided against it. I think im going to spend the money on more tanning instead of a bong. Besides, I only smoke with 2 other people 90 percent of the time, and I consider a bong as more of a party thing anyway. But thanks for the help everyone!
