Is this root rot?
The brown black root is rot. It's hard to tell about the web stuff, can't really see it good. The net pot your holding doen't look too bad. At this early stage you can fix it. We need much more info. First what is your water temp, very important. Water over 70 degrees is bad, or not enough oxygen in water. Cut the rot off now it won't hurt just set you back a few day. Change your water and use RO or distilled. You need callmag plus to put back what plants need, calcium magnesium. If you don't have it get it. You can use a little epson salts untill you get it. your plants are small so no nutes or very low nutes. The web could be too much water. Lowes or home depot has rainbird products for lawn systems. They have little 1/4 inch cut off valves you can turn the water more or less. Your drip system looks just like mine. I put the cut offs in to slow the water when plants are small only a few bucks for 6. Then turn it up when plants are big and need much more water. Are those peat pots like jiffy7's in the hydrotron rock ? That could be a problem, most peeps cut the sides and wash the plant off in clean water then put just the plant in the hydrotron. I'm rambling cause I can't gow right now, just trying to help. Tell us more. You can tune it in. I had a 6x4x8 room with AC, a dehumidifier, a 1000 watt hotrilux light. 2 five gallon tubs with 6, 3 inch net pots each. Drip sytem, a couple air pumps with 6 inch air stones in each tub, helps cool water and helps water oxy levels. Harvest 3/4 to a pound a month from just six plants. Sea of green, small scale. OK stop me I am rambling. LOL. Tell us more you will get better help , Lots of good peeps here.

Is this root rot?
Ok the water is like 76 degrees, this could be the problem. My ph is 6.0 and i adjust it with a spa decreaser and increaser, will this harm my plants? The plants are 34 days old now. They have been looking good and still look good its just that i noticed the roots of that one plant turning brown the others are fine. I did start using nutes, but only a little. I am using the earth juice grow and i only put 2 tsp into 6 gallons of water. I do not have calmag at this point but am gonna order some today because i have no hydro store within in range of me. The nearest store is 3 hours away and i have no time to go that far during my busy days. Will the wait for the package to come further hurt my plants?
The pics of the plants are from yesterday they dont look so bad. The one at the very top right corner is the one experiencing the root rot and its the only one in the res doing so.If they made an AK99 flavored starburst, it would be everyoneâ??s favorite, I promise you that!!! -Sunnyside:jointsmile:

Follow to the letter what LOC NAR said, and ...........
76 degrees is too hot for rez. Freeze some bottles of water, can drop in to cool off water.
pH to 5.8 and dont use "Spa Decrease", no idea whats in it, and I am betting it is not meant to be used in horticulture applications. Might have parfumes in it to make the farts in the water smell like an ocean breeze or something. Not to mention maybe fungicides, algicides, what the fuck ever. All stuff that I am sure your plants dont like. Attic is the resident chemist, she probably knows whats in that stuff should she drop by.
When you order Superthrive, order some pH down, too. I prefer powder over liquid. Until then, use white vinegar.
Get a fan blowing on them plants, too. They love fresh air, and it thickens up the stalks. Cover the top of the netpots with something. Get creative if needed. DO NOT use tinfoil to cover, either. If you go to the last page of "Please Help Droopy Plants" you will see how I explained in detail what I use to cover pots. I am way too lazy to retype it. 'Hound uses them disposable white foam plates for covers. You got all kinds of shit around house you can use, just look around.
And that concludes your lesson for the day my firend.

Plants do look good. bonger is with us, good advice. We will help you tune in. Don't forget just a little epson salt till your calmag gets here and a little hydrogen peroxide will help clean up and give oxy.
Hey to bonger, peace Bro. I have been reading alot from you. Way to go man.
I can't grow right now but try to give back. This is like home to me now and keeps me from thinking about bad stuff. Just wish I could travel and burn a big fatty with you all.

LOC, glad to see you back bro. I was around when you got put down, remember it vividly. That really sucked to see someone ratted out by family, but I guess anything can happen. Just remember bro, what comes around, goes around. And that prick has his comming.
Great to see you came back to offer advice even tho you are temp out of commission. U get to CA and go legal, I am going to be one envious muther.....
I am going down myself (by choice). I got more stash than I could possibly need to get thru summer, plus I got a crop I just started to flush Wednesday. During summer I got all kinds of other shit I enjoy to do with longer days, outside garden, family things, BBQ's, helping friends with projects around their houses, messin with my college rentals, list goes on and on and on.....
Will keep moms I have going in Coco and that will be the extent of my indoor gardening for the summer.
Sounds like you got the plan laid out. All ya need to do is finish what they ordered ya to do and then get the hell outa Dodge. Take care bro, and 10 months aint a lifetime. Will be over before ya know it.

Thanks, bonger. Have agood summer and take some time for yourself. Hope to see you pop in when you can. Yea I would of had about 6 or 7 pounds by xmas just for personal use and to help a few cancer guy's that need it. I didn't go to court till after xmas so I made a last ditch effort for me and my brother and had 3 and 1/2 oz's for xmas. Little bastard didn't ruin my holiday and now my bro thinks I'm the man. peace

Is this root rot?
Ok i finally got calmag and i have been following all of the instructions everyone has given me. In like a 2 week period this is what the plants look like now. I'm using the earth grow nutes. I cant check my ppm because i dont have a meter. This is my first grow and im just experimenting with some bag seeds. But i try to keep the water temps below 70 by adding some ice everyday but last time i checked the water was at like 61 degrees is this bad?
Anyway thanks for the help everyone i really appreciate it!If they made an AK99 flavored starburst, it would be everyoneâ??s favorite, I promise you that!!! -Sunnyside:jointsmile:
