Why the hell are there bagseeds?

I loved bagseed! But that;'s because it is so rare here. In all my years I've found 11 seeds in my weed. And when I do find seeds it's like my birthday I'm so excited.

WTF!!!???? lol. I have MAYBE experienced three or four bags in the past fifteen years that didn't have seeds, HA!

Must be the difference of living in the boonies or metro.

Despite of this, I'm happiest now when I see that my bag has at least ten healthy seeds....(that is, only if it is something that I Didn't grow)

How come I get seeds in my pot every 1/4 the time I buy from dealers? Shouldn't people be smart enough to know that if you put a male plant by a female plant, they are going to do the nasty and make little seeds? Can someone please tell me why?
