    seedlings seems stuck

hey all, i'm using a 400w hps w/ an Mh conversion bulb thats 24in. over the top of the large parts about 27in. above the small, the one''s in the big pot seem stuck...should i move them closer so they get much light, they just all seem stuck and pointing sideways instead of upright, i only have 9ft squared, u think i should move it closer or let it go as is....thanks

It would be alot easier if we had more info, i.e ph,type of soil, light schedule, watering schedule, possibly some pictures taken closer so as to see detail ect. I little more info and i am sure everybody will chime in with their knowledge.

24/7 could be the problem...plants need darkness to develope the roots

ok, so i'm using MG organic potting soil, with about 25-30% added mg perlite for aeration and drainage...so i transplanted into bigger pots and like a dummy fed them forgetting the new mg organic was packed with nutes...i've flushed 3x in the last week but my plants are all still very droopy and sick looking...the lower leaves have all turned yellow and the top leaves turn to the ground...what else can i do...i have a ph tester on the way...please help and i'll get some pics soon
