help pleeze, seedlings seem stuck

well, yesterday i moved it to about 21-22in. above the seedlings because the temps around my area have dropped, is this bad, the extra 2-3in. of closeness allows me to keep the grow room over 70...should i move em back to 24in. or let it go

I think it's just impatience :P. They seem to be growing regularly to me. I mean they are only seedlings, they have slow growth. One time I noticed a change every 24 hours but now that's slowing down. Just give it some time.
