Honey, I've toked for 40 years now (NO tobacco). My lungs were a mess. It took all of 2 weeks of vaping for my lungs to get clear. I have no morning cough, no "gluppy" lungs and my stash goes further. The high is slightly different than toking. You aren't getting the CO2 and other chemicals that are produced in burning plant material. But you get most definitely stoned. I make some great brownies with the "duff"- I like to add hemp seed (available at your local health food store for about $6 a pound- yummy and VERY good for you nutritionally) to them as well as walnuts.
