Yes my plan is to serve time and leave,,,but before I get my licence yanked I need to establish residence in a friendly state and get a licence there... I refied my house and am considering counsil,,, I got a solicitation from an ex superior court judge and a recomendation for a local criminal lawyer ,,,but I have not decided if i want to blow my money to maybe lose my case and lose my accets earmarked for moving...

15 years ago I have many convictions for DUI... I was sleeping in a parking lot and had no intention to drive,,,had i drived I would probably not be facing this shit,,, but I was responsible and now I suffer for it... I chalk this up to my higher power telling me not to drink and I have obeyed and not drank since...
