If she figures out I am growing herb she might be tempted to just ask me to leave (and I would have no problem with that) and take the deposit given that I breached the contract and might have a decent case in court against me. I think ultimately a court would rule that the money should be given back minus damage to the house.

Just not 100% if for me to be protected fully by the state I need to tell someone I am a grower before living in their house.

I recently left town for three days, and by mistake left some soil in the greens waste container, and the gardener came by to work outside... well, he called the landlord to say he couldnt find the container (I left it in the garage, he has access to it, so I'm not sure why he said he couldn't find it) Anyhow, I got an email from my land lord saying she was going to come down on the 19th of April and was curious what time would be good.
