No... Carcinogen is something which causes cancer. Weed contains carcinogens as does tobacco and alcohol, but I don't think foil does. It does, however, give you Alzheimer's which is very bad, DO NOT USE IT, just fork out the small amount of money for a cheap pipe.

ITS THE PROFESSOR!!!! Anywho... Here's one very easy thing to make... first you need either a SOBE or ARIZONA green tea bottle... attach a bowl to the lid... and then look at the side of the bottle near the bottom, there should be a dent... use a screwdriver to bust this part out, wash out the bottle and attach lid... now you hit through the hole... Watch out tho, it gives godzilla's of hits. you can also plug the bottom hole with your finger, fill up the bottle with water and light the bowl as the water drains out, this will chalk that thing up like a mother fucker
