Time and love ,
Just like any critter , It'll take a lil time for them to get used to you .
Treats help too , all my rats loved to be spoiled .

xcrispi Reviewed by xcrispi on . New Pet Rat I just picked up a new pet rat, ive had a few in the past & they were really good pets. This new one though, shits and pisses like theres no tomorrow when i take him out o his cage. Its such a scared rat, i really want it to learn not to piss on me because i love to take out nd play with my pets. I tried petting it in its cage and it lets me do that but it still gets shook whenever i try to pick it up. Any ideas guys??? Rating: 5
