LOL. I could tell immediately after I read the title that this article was in U.K. They are the only ones that use "Skunk" as a term for marijuana when they are talking about extremely potent. I bet the "Skunk" was no more potent than the shit I smoke. Just because he was high on weed doesn't mean that's what caused it. If he's schizo he'd do it if he was drunk, hell probably even sober. I just find it funny that they include weed so much in the article not aware it's not gonna change a damn thing haha.
