what type of nutes are you using and how often and are you growing in soil?
could be a zinc or iron deficiency as there is several that have the same symptoms, magnesium deficiency usually has a few leaves curling up at the tip wich I dont see any of yours curling up.

Im using my trusty fox farm products, every other watering..the same method that has given me great results I am all outta ideas, please help lol!
The new leaves are looking pretty small compaired to normal leaves....that is why im leaning to zinc.
