Me and my friends thought of something almost exactly like that last summer, called the Russian Entourage Experience. Each team consists of 3-8 people, and its a set ammount of weed each team has to buy, depending on the amount of people in the group.

Then, the group gets to pick a few pieces of choice to use, and the time limit is set and started. You are judged on the amount you smoke, and how well you smoke it(for instance, Taking an actual hit is good, just taking a hit and letting it all out before you even can get any of it is bad).

Winners get the losers remaining weed, and losers get to go home baked anyway.
