At nature, I'm the same way. Why I said all that is partly not to repeat my mistakes. People can sense when one isn't confident in themselves. I use to think, man I wasn't good enough at this, therefore I'm no good at that. It's like a curse you have to surmount.

Just be yourself, but do things to build up your confidence. Lift some weights, discover hobbies, live for experiences, find the delicacies of life that you truly desire and indulge in the passion. Each bit helps you make feel better about yourself, after all, isn't it happiness that matters anyway?

Play it cool tho, I really do think she's falling for you, from friend, to more than that. And I think confidence will play a big role in that.
