Just broke our $200 glass on glass bong on my lunch break today. Knocked it over on carpet and the weight of the ash catcher broke the bong as it fell. It broke right where the down stem goes into the bong itself.

I have sworn before and gave in, but this confirms it! I will NEVER EVER buy an expensive piece again, stoners and glass just don't mix. Anyone have any good recommendations for a type of plastic bong?

I am so fucking pissed words cannot even describe. In fact, I don't even want to think about it anymore...

lemme give you a tip.. don't get a peice you like alot... cuz it'll be the one broke.. i had 2 bongs... got them relatively the same time (maybe one a year earlier at most) guess what... the bong (that i have mentioned so many times before, it was the one me and my dead brother used to use) that held irrreplacable value to me, got broke by a freak accident... what about the other that i've been tryign ot sell since i got? 100% fine... never spilled, never dropped, NEVER even got close to being risked to being broke...

i'm determined now to not judge peices i want by visual appeasement... just by what'll get the job done at the lowest possible cost...
