if you eat all those cheeseburgers and shit you will gain unhealthy weight,, you will fill in awkwerd on account of all the fat intake,, take creatine supplement,, just lift 2 time a week takin i tablespoon mixed with water each time,, go one week with it and one week with out,, you'll gain back the weight fast,, or if you dont wanna work out,, eat a mix between fish, lots of carbs, chicken , high protein shit.
