if you eat all those cheeseburgers and shit you will gain unhealthy weight,, you will fill in awkwerd on account of all the fat intake,, take creatine supplement,, just lift 2 time a week takin i tablespoon mixed with water each time,, go one week with it and one week with out,, you'll gain back the weight fast,, or if you dont wanna work out,, eat a mix between fish, lots of carbs, chicken , high protein shit.

Ok so the past couple months havent been so good, as I have been pretty sick and have gone from 165 pounds all the way down to 148 this morning. Btw I am 6ft.1 :wtf: I've tried eating fast food, ensure drinks, slim jims, ships, soda, etc. etc......Is there any type of suppliment(sp) I could purchase that has good results in gaining fat and muscle?
