just sprouted..need advice
Today when I checked the pots I saw my first sprouts and I am very proud! Only prob is I need to move them outside as I cannot grow inside anymore. When is the earliest you should transplant? And should I now be watering the sprouts?

Depends on your location as to when is "safe" to put outside, but if you are past threat of frost, they should be ok. Check the farmers almanac or sunset online for your outside plant dates. Being so small and young though I would protect them with netting or something outside, Maybe a plastic hothouse lid or something til they get size (to lessen the risk of them being eaten by deer and such) Plus bugs may be a problem.
You should keep the soil damp, but not soaking wet. Like they say 'MJ does not like wet feet". G/L and be safe outside mang - many prying eyes!

Well again, it depends on temps, critters, sun intensity etc etc.. at one day old I'd probably give them a couple of days to a week inside under 24 hrs of CFLs just to get a foothold and a jump start - but I have seen plants sprouted and grown in the ground outside,so..... By transplant I assumed you meant "move to a different pot". Theres not much to transplant after just a day, and the taproot is bound to be super delicate. Can't you put them outside in the containers they are in right now?
