    New car

I have $5k-$7k to spend on a new car, a used car.

    I'm thinking of a 4-door sedan

problem is, i'd go with a toyota or honda... but the ones i've found for the price have very high mileage. I'd like to get something above a 1998.

here's some cars i've thought of buying so far.

    - 98 volvo s70 for $5100
    - 98-2002 honda civic
    - 98- 2002 toyota camry

    i need some ideas

i think a 98 volvo s70 for $5100 would be good, but would it last a long time?

I may be interested in a extended cab pickup truck ... like a 4 door, then again... there too pricey. So that would be out of the question.

honestly you might laugh but saturns. they get good gas milage i get bout 31 miles to the gal. insurance is cheaper then over half the cars out there. as long as you matnence them like you should any car they last a good long time. Bought mine with 30,000 miles its at almost 110,000 and still drivers great. and as a bonus if you get a saturn wagon cops don't really fuck with you. and the insurence is even cheaper. but check one out if you get the chance I've seen a saturn with over 400,000 miles on it and it still ran.

    hmm yeah
my brother has a 99 or 2000 saturn
it ran and everything, but sometimes had problems

    it was pretty reliable

i'm thinking a 01 or 02 civic would be awesome.
